Common Areas Requested for Hair Removal

At Alchemy Skin Lab & Electrolysis, we enjoy assisting our transgender clients with permanent hair removal from any area of their body. Some common areas treatment is requested include facial, chest, stomach and genital hair.

Electrolysis Length of Treatment

The average client needs a minimum of 12 months of treatment. This allows for at least 4 hair growth cycles to surface above the skin for treatment and a more successful outcome.

Typically Electrolysis is not covered by insurance unless it's medically necesarry. 

For those clients with Insurance we will discuss with you the process to get your services covered.

Many of the insurance providers detail their steps in order to cover electrolysis services and obtain PA (prior authorization). If you request a GAS consultation please bring your insurance information so we can review it with you.
